Allison is an avid outdoor enthusiast, mother to two young children and a skilled physiotherapist with a passion for holistic care. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes empowering clients through evidence based client centered care. She offers many treatment options including pelvic/women’s health, IMS/Dry needling, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, personalized home exercise programs, real-time ultrasound and loads of education. Her passion lies in helping people return to the activities that bring them joy and supporting individuals through their rehab journeys.
Allison graduated valedictorian from the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Physiotherapy program in 2014, following the completion of her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia (2009). During her time in Australia, Allison began her training in Clinical Pilates, completed her certification in IMS/Dry needling while also gaining diverse experience working with various clientele, from weekend warriors to elite athletes.
Upon her return to Vancouver in 2016, Allison furthered her education in Clinical Pilates with STOTT, completed specialized training in Pelvic Floor/Women’s Health Physiotherapy (PHS Level 1, 2, 3, Pregnancy - 2021) and honed her manual therapy skills through coursework with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division and Lynn Watson Shoulder coursework. Allison continues to challenge and support her ongoing learning in Pelvic Health through mentorship and membership with the Full Circle Physiotherapy Collective and Canadian Physiotherapy Association/PABC.
Beyond her professional life, Allison enjoys getting moving in the mountains through rock climbing, hiking, camping, and skiing, all while spending quality time with her young family.
Kristen Harris is a dedicated physiotherapist focused on providing quality care with enhanced patient outcomes. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Alberta, faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. She has honed her expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions through both clinical experience and advanced certifications.
In addition to her foundational physiotherapy training, Kristen earned the Diploma in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (AIM) through the National Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. This program provided her with hundreds of hours of specialized training in evidence-based musculoskeletal assessment and treatment techniques. Kristen is also a registered mentor for the AIM program, where she shares her knowledge to support the development of future physiotherapists. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), an internationally recognized designation that demonstrates her advanced proficiency in clinical reasoning, diagnosis, and treatment.
Kristen’s clinical approach is grounded in an in-depth understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement, enriched by her unique background in sports, dance, and yoga. She uses a combination of hands-on techniques, such as soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, spinal adjustments, and IMS needling, to help relieve pain, improve movement, and restore function. She also incorporates therapeutic exercises and education to support recovery and prevent future injuries. This holistic approach addresses both the immediate symptoms and the underlying causes of dysfunction, helping patients achieve lasting relief.
Kristen lives in North Vancouver and stays active with yoga, dancing, hiking, biking, and boxing. She also has a passion for the arts, including theatre, painting, and pottery. Kristen enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and dedicates time to improving her Spanish.

Jessi graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy after completing her B.Sc. in Biology/Microbiology from the University of Victoria. Growing up on the North Shore, Jessi has always believed in having a healthy and active lifestyle and looks forward to sharing this passion with her clients.
Jessi believes in a holistic approach to treatment enabling people to get back to the activities they enjoy by using a combination of manual techniques, Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Clinical Pilates, education and exercise. She has experience treating individuals from all backgrounds and activity levels including clients with orthopaedic and sports injuries, neurological conditions, and those ranging in age from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Jessi is committed to pursuing post-graduate education and she has completed courses in the following: Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture (CAFCI), Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Real Time Ultrasound (for evaluating core and pelvic floor muscles) and Clinical Pilates.
In her free time, Jessi loves practicing Pilates as well as being outdoors hiking the North Shore Mountains with her husband and their dog Baden.
